Rose Gold Cocktail Ring with Australian Opal & Diamonds

Some combinations just work- and this rose gold ring set with a black Opal is one of them. The ring mounting is an FWC jewelers original favorite, rarely offered in rose gold, and when we saw the Opal set in it, we were sold! This Australian Black Opal has a dark grey base with a fantastic play of color, including lots of violet and red, which is brought out by the rose gold of the setting. Even when the Opal shows more of the green hues they contrast against the rose gold and pop, making quite the impression! This Opal is held in a semibezel setting which secures the Opal low and tight, allowing it to be worn without worry. Thus this ring has a large presence on the hand, and lots of sparkle, while still being comfortable to wear. Magnificent!
