Antique French Enameled Maltese Cross Pin Pendant Combo

This fabulous enameled disk is the most amazing Maltese cross we have yet come across. Crafted in France 150 years ago in deep 18k yellow gold, the piece was inlaid with blue, black and red enamel in the iconic Maltese cross design. The background of the piece is textured, similar to stippling, with small dark dots for contrast. This groovy cross is easily wearable as a pendant on the neck, but also has a pin stem for wear as a brooch (we can remove this by request). It measures just over an inch across, and would look great high on the neck or low over a blouse. Note- the enamel has some scratches and dings, but is in overall good condition and is visually appealing.
