This fantastic pendant is set with a very rare Peridot from the mines in Pakistan. Many people associate Peridot with less appealing darker brownish greens or lighter yellows, but the gems from Burma and Pakistan can be unusual shades of lime and mint green that are very attractive. This medium lime green gem was fashioned into a cushion cut which is super sparkly and reflective and catches a lot of light on the neckline. This is a bold color, and a substantial gem, so we chose to set it simply in a white gold pendant with a fluted bail. A single round Diamond adorns the bail for some added interest. We will note- any Peridot over 5cts is rare, but especially in these rarer color tones. This one is a “clear the vault” special and priced to sell.
