This Edwardian style necklace is set with an electric Caribbean-blue Zircon. This gem was very popular in the Art Deco and Retro periods, making it the ideal choice for this mounting whose filigree work and milgrain details hearken back to that era. The centerpiece of the necklace measures just under an inch in length, with a halo of Diamonds and filigreed gold surrounding the emerald-cut Zircon. Diamond-set spacers move up the chain, giving it some additional sparkle and presence on the neckline. While this is a modern custom-made piece it certainly has the character and charm of an Edwardian original.
