Antique Platinum Solitaire Ring with Olive Green Diamond

The antique ring, crafted in solid platinum around the turn of the 20th century, is set with a single Old European Cut Diamond weighing just over 1/2ct. The Diamond is not a colorless Diamond, but a rare fancy colored Diamond. It has been GIA certified as a fancy deep color, which is the rarest color intensity. The color, certified as “green-yellow” in person appears to be a warm olive green hue. In some lights, the color is more army green, in others the golden brown hue dominates.
