The Federal Way Custom Jewelers physical showroom is open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 6pm, walk-ins welcome. We are located centrally in Federal Way, west of I5 on 320th street, between Trader Joe’s and Crumbl Cookies. Stop by and shop our collection any time at your convenience; or browse our online store 24/7. 

We recommend scheduling an appointment for custom jewelry design, complex repairs, or estate advising & appraisals such that we can best serve your needs. Operating Hours, Events & Other Information

We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am ’til 6pm. We are closed Sunday / Monday, as well as major holidays. As a family business, we occasionally close for special events or in case of emergency. Check our social media and Google Maps profile for latest hours and events. 

In-person browsing encouraged! While we gladly accept appointments for custom designs, complex repairs, and estate advising, we know that our clients like to browse before they buy, and often want to stop in when it’s convenient. As such, walk-ins are always welcome, as is casual browsing. Simply stop by any time Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm (last client 5:45) and you can browse to your heart’s content.
