This AMAZING ring belongs to a client who was fortunate enough to inherit one of the most exceptional Old Mine Cut Diamonds we have seen- it is large, not overly deep, bright white and clean to the eye. The brilliance is blinding! The client wanted to set it into a right-hand ring that a) did not look like an engagement ring b) had enough presence to stand up to the Diamond and c) would be comfortable to wear. The cathedral mounting she chose gradually tapers up to the Diamond, which allowed us to set the Diamond low into the mounting where it is protected and comfortable. The wide mounting features channel set Diamonds which are a nice accent to the center stone, and provide some extra bling from all angles. Simply stunning!
