Art Deco Sapphire & Diamond White Gold Circle Pendant

This amazing pendant features a deep cobalt blue natural Sapphire surrounded by Diamonds in a consummate Art Deco design. This piece is proof that jewelers have been recycling for generations- while the pendant was made circa 1925, it is set with Diamonds of various ages and cuts, including Mine cuts, French Cuts, Single Cuts and Round Brilliant cuts! The diverse Diamonds are set in a disc with a central ridge over the top giving the piece a pleasing bilateral symmetry. The various elevations of the piece are detailed with fine milgrain work which give the piece even more vintage flare. The pendant measures just over 1 inch in diameter and could be worn on a variety of chains.
