Blue Moonstone & Diamond Infinity Pendant

This beautiful modern pendant is a FWC Jewelers custom design, featuring a mysterious Blue Moonstone at the fore. This Moonstone is not your average milky white stone seen in silver jewelry; this is a Sri Lankan Blue Moonstone, which is a transparent material with an iridescent blue sheen unlike any other gem. From a mine that is now defunct, these Blue Moonstones are quite coveted among collectors. In South East Asia, the sheen, or adularescence, is thought to be the eye of God protecting the wearer. To accentuate this rare phenomenon, we set this gem into a rose gold pendant with white Diamond accents, which enhance the gem. The pear shaped Moonstone is mimicked in the design of the pendant, which is completed with an infinity knot on the top. The symbolism is intentional- may the eye of God infinitely watch over the wearer.
