The center stone of this impressive 3-ring wedding set is a 2.20ct Chameleon diamond, from the Argyle mines in Australia. Chameleon Diamonds can appear different colors depending on the lighting and surroundings, in this case appearing a pinkish brown in some light or a greenish brown in others. The client who purchased this diamond wanted to mount it in a way that did not detract from the subtle beauty of the center stone. Thus we first mounted it in a simple three stone engagement ring, then added wedding bands after the wedding. THis may be a classic design, but it features one exceptionally rare and unusual center Diamond.
