This stunning ring is set with a natural Emerald from Colombia in an unusual oval shape. Emerald connoisseurs are typically split into two camps- those who want a dark green and don’t mind some inclusions in the gem, and those who want a more crystal clear gem and accept a slightly lighter tone. This Emerald falls into the second camp, and has an unbelievably cool glow to it that is unique to gems from Colombia. We set this in one of our favorite Ballerina style mountings, which is essentially an oval halo with baguette Diamonds reminiscent of the ruffles on a Tutu. Emeralds don’t get much better, so this would make an awesome green engagement ring or anniversary gift. This ring is finger size 5.5 but is easily sizable up or down.
