This custom wedding set was made to replace a sentimental ring that our client had lost. She came to us with a blurred picture of the old ring and a good description, and we were able to use CAD software to draw a design that, with some adjustments, was an accurate replication. We then had wax molds printed such that she could see them, try them on, etc before we made them in gold. After the rings had been cast and set with Diamonds we sent them to our carver who added the fine detail work under the main Diamonds. We refer to these wedding bands as “shadow bands” since they are designed to perfectly fit and mold to the center ring. This is a beautiful ring that now carries a special sense of re-birth.
