This elegant pendant is set with one of the darkest blue Aquamarines that we have ever seen! We sourced this from renowned lapidary Clay Zava, who had cut it from a parcel of Nigerian Aquamarine rough. While Nigerian Aquamarine is not unheard of, it is certainly an unusual source, especially in finer qualities like this. The azure blue color could easily go toe-to-toe with fine blue Tourmalines and Topaz, but with a vivacity that those other gem species cannot match. We chose to set this pear shaped gem in this favorite FWCJ original design which features flowing lines of white gold and Diamonds which embrace the center gem. Measuring 1.25 inches long, this pendant is a nice mid-sized option for someone looking for a top gem example of Aquamarine. This would be an exceptional gift for a March baby!
