This tantalizing Tanzanite ring is a testament to our goldsmith’s skills! The client came to us with a fake ring she had purchased in Mexico: she loved the design, but wanted it to be more durable and set with natural gems. Thus we recreated the ring exactly, using white gold instead of silver, natural Tanzanite instead of Cubic Zirconia, and natural Opal as opposed to synthetic. But the real difficulty here was the Opal inlay. Each piece of Opal had to be custom cut to the exact dimensions for the design; and each piece of Opal had to be cut from rough whose colors matched! The end result was exactly what our client had wanted and is sure to bring many years of happiness.
