Demantoid is the rarest member of the Garnet family and certainly the most prized. Originally found in Russia, most stones on the market today are from limited new deposits in Africa. While we are not totally sure of the origin of these Demantoids, their minty glow makes us think they are from the Green Dragon Mine in Namibia. This particular pair were faceted as square radiants, making them look larger then their weight would imply and maximizing their sparkle. These are a stunning pair of earrings sure to please even the most discerning gem collector.
