FWCJ Original Unisex Black Opal Ring with “Galaxy Opal”

Looking for an Opal that’s out of this world? Look no further. This custom ring was hand made by us to feature this unbelievably rare natural black Opal. Known among collectors as “galaxy opals” this gem is technically an Australian Black Crystal Opal, but it features other-worldly veins and violet play of color, reminiscent of looking into a far-away galaxy. This is a substantial gem with a strong presence on the hand. As such, we decided to hand make a setting which could be worn by a man or woman. The Opal is bezel set in yellow gold, while the shank of the ring is white gold. The ring features a stepped design with a subtle nod to our favorite spaceships, as this ring is certain to transport you to outer space, mentally at least.
