Gemmy Star Ruby & Diamond 18k Ring- Unisex Design

This impressive ring features one of the gemmiest Star Rubies we have had the honor of selling- photos cannot do it justice! The ring is custom made, designed in solid, heavy 18k gold. The bypass setting is channel-set with princess cut Diamonds on either shoulder, with the Star Ruby proudly set in the center. The oval cabochon Ruby is set in a white gold semi-bezel, which keeps the Ruby low and secure. The ruby is translucent and a rich cherry-red, the ideal color for a Star Ruby. Under direct light, or sunlight, the gem comes alive with a moderate 6-ray star- impossible to photograph. While there are certainly Star Rubies out there with stronger asterism, this gem shows top color, great transparency, and a good star, all while being untreated- a rare stone indeed. This is a substantial ring that would look great on a larger hand, man or woman alike. Wow!
