Put on this fabulous necklace and instantly be transported to the Mediterranean circa 1960s- fabulous yachts, cocktail parties, hot summer nights. This mid-century necklace is from the estate of one of our favorite clients. She purchased it in Italy in 1962 and wore it with her favorite cocktail dresses on multiple cruises and fabulous vacations. The piece is crafted in both 14k and 18k gold and signed Italy. The cameos are each hand carved from Shell and feature Romanesque women and dainty flower accents with intricate gold work. The necklace measures 15 inches long and the center piece is 2.5 inches long between both cameos, making a sultry and seductive presentation on the neckline.
