Old Mine Cut Diamond Flush-Set Band or “Gypsy Ring”

This antique gold & Diamond wedding band is a staff favorite because it manages to convey the classic wedding band vibe with a bit of added interest from the Diamond, all while being perfect for everyday usage. The domed gold band sits low and hugs the finger, with a chunky old mine cut cushion diamond set east-west in the center. While the term is no longer used, these were known as “Gypsy Rings” due to their origin in eastern Europe; this particular one is late 1800s British. Despite the age, this ring is in excellent condition and is ready to find a new home on a wedding ring finger or pinky.
