We purchased this ring mounting from a client who used the original center stone in a different design. Left with the mounting we decided to spruce it up and give it new life. To do this we added some gold carving down the sides of the shank, opened up the middle portion, and mounted a deep magenta pink Rubellite Tourmaline in the center. Recycling ring mountings like this allows us to stock our cases with ethically sourced jewelry at affordable prices.
