Red Wine Rhodolite Garnet Pendant & Earring Set in White Gold

Rhodolite Garnets are one of our best selling gemstones due to their fabulous color. Rhodolite is one of the red Garnet species, but they are more highly prized the more purple they are. This set was made using Rhodolites from East Africa which are a delicate blend of red and violet which is comparable to a great Merlot or Bing Cherry. The trillion gem in the pendant was custom cut to bring more life to the deep, rich color, whereas the round gems in the earrings were given flower-brilliant faceting for the same reason. Due to the right combination of color, size, and cutting, these gems face up beautifully and aren’t overly dark. They are set in white gold with Diamond accents that give the set a dressy edge. These earrings could easily be made to dangle on a shepherd hook, though they are currently set as sizable studs that provide great lobe coverage. This set would make a great January birthday gift, but the color is so fantastic that most ladies we know would love to wear them.
