This modern rose gold pendant is the perfect showcase for this unusual Boulder Opal. The Opal has veins of every possible color which run through a matrix of dark brown ironstone. This pendant flashes color from every angle, but we chose to have the red-side be the focal point which sits below the Diamond-accented bail. This pendant is reversible; the back side has more of the blue and green flashes underneath an unadorned rose gold bail. This gem is what we refer to as “new old stock” since it was sourced from 75+ year old collection of Queensland Opals that we could never replace on the open market. This pendant is quite the find for one lucky Opal fan.
