This amazing engagement ring is set with an azure-blue Aquamarine from East Africa in the rarest possible color. Aquamarine with this deep tone is quite rare, and is referred to as “Santa Maria Aquamarine” after the source in Brazil where they were originally mined. We set this stunning gem in neutral white gold which allows the rich blue color to be the focal point of the design. While the gem is relatively small for Aquamarine, 6mm across, it was set on point to give it a bit more presence on the hand. The mounting is set with a trio of Diamonds flanking the Aquamarine, and a knife-edge shank to give the ring visual interest from every angle.
