Victorian Gold Ruby & Diamond Halo Engagement Ring

This fantastic antique Ruby ring is a stunner on the hand. The Ruby, just under 1ct in size, is incredibly clean and brilliant for a natural Ruby. It is kissed with hint a hint of violet, giving the Ruby a maroon undertone to the red hue- a lovely and arresting color. It is set into a Victorian oval halo ring mounting, in European rosy-yellow gold. The oval Ruby is surrounded by a halo of Diamonds, each a hand-cut “old mine cut” Diamond from the period.
