This amazing diamond ring hails from the late Victorian era, circa 1895. The 14k yellow gold ring is overlaid with platinum to provide a neutral background to the amazing diamonds. These diamonds are Old Mine Cuts with lots of character, that, due to their unusual and rustic cutting, likely predate the ring mounting itself. We love antique pieces like this that are steeped in character yet durable enough to be worn for another 100 years.
