Vintage Edwardian Opal Stud Earrings in Yellow Gold Bezels

Pictures do not do these Opal earrings justice. These gorgeous white Opal stud earrings have been lighting up lobes since the turn of the last century. Each Opal measures 8.5mm around and is set in a hand made yellow gold bezel, with the finest milgrained edge. In Britain and Australia this setting style is known as a collet, favored for the security and comfort- we like the timeless look and that they don’t snag! The Opals are Australian white base Opal with every color present- green, red, blue, orange, and violet. They have more color than the photos can show, and appear to have been cut from the same rough as they have similar color and matching color pattern. These would make excellent everyday earrings that would match everything in your jewelry wardrobe, or they could be dressed up for special occasions.
