Vintage Gold Photo Locket with Intricate Ribbed Details

This fabulous gold locket is a wearable window into the past. Crafted in heavy 14k yellow gold, it shows a beautiful patina in the depths of the ribbing and on the inside, where time has caused the gold to darken. The exterior of the locket is covered with a ribbed design, striped with gold wire for a classic but not-too-ornate look. The inside is very simple with two windows for two pictures. This locket comes with the original 100 year old photo, but you are welcome to enclose photos of your favorite loved ones. It measures 1.25 inches long without the bail, for a sizable presentation that would look good high on the neck or low over a blouse or sweater.
