This fabulous vintage mid century man’s wedding band is a true rarity. Since men are so hard on their rings, very few gents items survive for later generations, making this one a coveted example. The square profiled gold ring is set with a Diamond accent in the middle, but the focal point is on the carving. Foliate designs cascade down the center of the ring, framed by engraved accent lines. All of the fine engravings are picked out with black antiquing which makes the design pop against the gold background. It was no surprise when we noted a signature inside this ring, from the “courtship” line, which was a successor to the Orange Blossom rings of the 1930s. *Note- while this ring has a square profile, it sits low to the hand, and feels like a standard round shaped ring when worn.
